Lynn Williams is the Allied Careers and Digital Badge Coordinator for Workforce Development. She is responsible for the oversight of existing programs, while researching industry demand for new ones to meet the needs of the surrounding communities. Programs within her purview include but are not limited to Wedding Coordinator, Interior Design, Vertical Agriculture, Early Childhood Education, Cosmetology, and Security. She combines her 2 decades of experience in higher education and passion for helping students to create programs that lead students to sustainable career opportunities while developing economic growth in the tri-county region.
